Questions people ask first
Do I need a full specification before contacting you?
No. A few sentences on who will use the thing and what they need to get done is enough to start.
Can you take over something another team built?
Often, yes, once we have reviewed it. The improve path begins with that review, and we will be honest about what we find.
How quickly will you reply?
We work Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 UK time. We do not promise a fixed response time, but enquiries are read during those hours.
Is the chooser a quote?
No. It runs in your browser only, sends nothing, and simply suggests a sensible place to begin.
