Forms

The contact, callback and support forms send your name, email, message and any optional organisation, phone number and selected services to a script on this website, which passes them to the hosting mail service addressed to software@wilsonsoftwarelimited.site. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, provide requested services and meet legal obligations. A hidden field helps filter automated spam.

Hosting and mail processing

Our web host processes requests and operates the mail transport. Like most servers, it may record technical logs such as IP addresses under its own arrangements.

Rate limiting

To limit abuse, the form script stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and a counter in a temporary server file for about fifteen minutes. Expired files are deleted when later requests arrive. Message content is not stored by the script.

Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting service and legal obligations. The owner must confirm the actual retention policy; this notice does not state a fixed period.

Cookies and local storage

This site installs no analytics and no optional cookies. The only thing stored is your cookie choice, saved in your browser's localStorage under the key "wsl-consent" so the notice is not shown on every page.
